Refund policy

I gladly accept returns within a certain timeframe. Please be sure to:

• Contact me within 3 days of the delivery of your piece with reason for return. 
• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund. 
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Custom pieces CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 

Please contact me if you have an issue or are unhappy with a piece! I put my heart and soul into my work, and want you to be completely satisfied. I understand that sometimes things look different online and I will do everything I can to accommodate! XO
